Our Easy Training Program is personalized to fit your needs and administered by our self storage industry professionals. In order to make training as easy as possible, we offer several training formats including personal on-site training, web based training, and group training. All of our training formats may be utilized on an ongoing, recall, or as needed basis. Our goal is to make training accesable, comprehensive, and convenient.

In the unfortunate event of a claim, our professional claims management team has the knowledge and resources to make the claims process an easy experience for your customer. Our courteous claims management team will promptly handle the entire claims process and provide your customer with the excellent care and attention they deserve.

One of the most important aspects of providing storsmart insurance is to be sure the self storage customer properly understands the features and benefits of tenant contents insurance. We provide professionally designed brochures, posters and other forms of literature that explain the benefits and limitations of the insurance program. And of course, for specific questions, a licensed insurance agent is only a phone call away!

We provide self storage customers with a care-free claims management system. Claims may be filed online or at our 24/7 phone number 855-805-7433. If your customer files a claim with the storsmart insurance program and they have another form of insurance that would cover their claim, storsmart will pay on the claim first, up to the amount covered through the claims process without battling with the other insurance company. The Self Storage Risk Management Association was founded in 2011 by storage industry professionals to educate owners, managers, and users of self storage. It exists to help them become aware of and manage the risks inherent in the self storage industry. Membership in the SSRMA is required to have access to the storsmart insurance program.
